i loved it, yes we should correct ourselves first too. We should accept people for what they are and then through our character help them to better understand this deen 'Islam' inshaAllah.

i had tears in my eyes when i read what ur mum said, this deen is a life long degree, no doubt- subhanAllah. hugs to u and ur mum

as salamu alaikum ukhti..

.subhanallah..wooww..thats a good reminder for many of us..i remember some one doin the same thing in front of me but alhamdulillah i at least ridiculed the sister in kind words..according to the hadees of our beloved prophet (pbuh),the weakest person in eeman is the one who sees something wrong but acknowledges it in their hearts..

when we say we are bretheren n sisters of each other then arent we obliged for the sake of love for each other to stop any evil..we say we love each other than should nt we be eager to correct each other so that we hasten each other towards good deeds..??

That was a GREAT reminder, BarakAllahu Feekhi!
This reminds me of a something I heard a Sheikh saying once, “When you judge others’ sincerity, you are only judging your own”.

We should def. try to treat others how we would like to be treated, and love for oneanother what we love for ourselves.
