They are the ones in whose hearts Allah has seen patience and strength of faith. and its got me thinking, maybe He tests us also to show us our own worth, to show us how strong we really are. how many times have we done something that we thought we couldn't do? or thought we wouldn't be able to go on and then found when the time came that we could, and did. next time we'll know that we can. when u look back at ur trials and how God gave you the strength to bear them, u know you have the ability to face whatever comes Insha'Allah, cuz the One who helped u through it, will always be there like you said: What more do you need if you have your Rabb, your Creator, Lord of The Universe, on your side? there is a wonderful ayah in surat albaqarah: "God does not burden a soul beyond its capacity" It's often used to explain that we are not required to do that which we cannot bear, but it also tells us that Allah would not require something of us if we could not bear it the mere fact that Allah swt has put us in a difficult situation means we can survive it Insha'Allah.
